Hard to get the old one out, but easy to install

it was pressure fitted into the housing so a pain to get the old one out, but the new one went in fine. Of course, come to find out part of the reason my fan wasnt working was the actual wire to it had separated... this machine has been nothing but broken parts since the day the warranty expired- my only warning is do not buy the kenmore washers... :)
