Key was out of stock, didn't need it in a hurry, then received key about 3 weeks later. Order was not complete when received product Called and immediately fix the problem. Got new product within days. Pleased with business and customer service

Replacement Tool box key

20 year old tool box key had broken off in lock. Locksmith tried, but could not duplicate. Sears Parts Direct had direct replacement. Problem solved

the key was bought with the help of a Sears associate over the phone. There was no installation needed, just the key to use on the tool cabinet lock which didn't work.
