LG part number to locator ID error.
Three times Sears Parts Direct sent the wrong part. Eleven people transferred me back and forth. The last person assured me they would send the correct part. The LG refrigerator parts diagram shows part 169a and part 169b. 169a left side rail does not have a circuit board. I need the rail without the circuit board. The part number shown for 169a is AEC74897802. However, AEC74897802 comes to me with a circuit board (the right-side rail). The parts diagram to part number conversion chart is reversion. The model number for my refrigerator is LMXS28626S/00.
