Easy for self-repair
Thanks! It arrived quickly, I was able to install it easily myself with a little help from Youtube, and it's working great. I did need a specific Allen wrench & it would be nice if Sears tossed one in with it.

Reasonable installation
Installation took about 30 minutes. What helped was a video on youTube showing exactly how to repair (no instructions included with part). My biggest concern, was hoping Whirlpool had redesigned the latch mechanism but unfortunately same "weak" plastic part as the original. Glad I did the repair since it is the same design, I will probably have to replace about every 2 years.

Wrong part.
I purchased the wrong part but the website kind of told me it would be the correct part. I found your technical person to be very useful but I sh ould have consulted with him/her first. He/she later said this model has no replacement part other than a competitors site but it sells for $90.00 after tax/shipping etc. The photo is of the old part I'm still using. Notice the broke/missing latch and old gasket. It's a shame that I can't just get parts to repair this module. I also noticed a new rack would cost $270.00+ so it hardly make sense to fix things since that will be the next thing. I may just squirt a little detergent in it after I hear the solenoid click and purchase a new dishwasher after a while.

Part was the exact same dimensions as previous
Part was the exact same dimensions as previous part, however, the electrical wiring was different and if it's being advertised as ready to fit/replace then i'd expect the part to fit all of the needed features that come with the dishwasher. After talking to a representative they didn't even offer me to buy the required electrical wiring.
