Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Before order was placed, website stated part was in stock and would be delivered in 3-5 days. After order placed, no confirmation email received and I logged into the website to find the part was on back-order. I called the customer service support line to cancel the order, as I did not want to wait indefinitely for the part. Support agent confirmed order was cancelled and I would be issued a full refund. Five days later, part arrives on my doorstep. I already purchased part from another distributor, so now have to return. And now Sears requires $ for shipping? Absolutely horrible experience, will never shop here again.
