Replacement of a broken knob. The difficulty was to remove the stove top and connect the right wires to the right connectors. Not too hard for electricians...

It works. Not great.
This replacement part is noticeably lower quality than the part it is replacing: less metal, more plastic, narrower control shaft flexes and wobbles more when turned. However, it does function as required. The installation instructions were not great. Be aware that the "(L2) (P)5" label on the switch refers to two separate contacts: The "(L2)" contact is on the same side as "(L1)". The "(P)5" contact is on the same side as the "(H2)" contact.

Very difficult part to install & is not working
The schematic was not easy to understand and the numbers are hard to see on back. There were 3 workers trying to do this job. It is not a "plug and play".
