Looks harder than it is

Turned off power, but did not have to disassemble wires. Remove from countertop. Scary part is separating the glass top, but it is harder to break than you think. Take out sacred around perimeter. Once inside switch comes out with 2 screws.

45 minutes on chat and they sent the wrong part.

Needed a selector switch for a Kenmore oven. Gave the chat guy the oven model number and part number of the switch. After 45 minutes of cross referencing the chat guy said he found the correct substitute part and guaranteed it would fit. Took my credit card number and entered the order. When I got the order confirmation it was for a switch for a Hot Point cooktop.
