Video very helpful
I installed both this element and the broiler element. The video was very helpful. I wish they had said which size nut driver you needed (it is 1/4") by the way. One of the wires slipped off before I expected it to, and got in the insulation, but I was able to dig it out with my fingers and a needle nose pliers, so no problem. The parts came in good condition, and before promised. Definitely something the average person can do for themselves.
