Reviews
The garage door chain and cable was too short
When I ordered, I specifically asked if this was the OEM for my garage opener. Was told emphatically that it was. The part arrive on time but I found that it was the wrong part number. Not long enough. Instead of waiting for a replacement, I used a portion of the old chain to lengthen it to fit. Had to buy master links and a chain tool. Very disappointing

cannot install. 7 inches shorter than original one. Return it by online salesman's help. try to re-order same part no item. Wish this time it will come with right length.
