Common Environcare air purifier parts

• Charcoal filter. The charcoal filter traps dust particles and odors from air as it passes through the air purifier.
• Collector cell. The collector cell is the interior section of the air purifier and contains ionizing wires that attracts and traps dirt, pollen and smoke.
• Fan motor. The fan motor spins the fan blades to circulate the air through the filters.
• Front grill. The front grill fits over and covers the filters while allowing air to circulate through its slots.

Storing your Environcare air purifier

• Turn off the air purifier and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
• Lay the air purifier down on a padded flat surface and remove the front grille.
• Remove the pre-filter and HEPA filter. Discard the pre-filter and order a replacement pre-filter.
• Wrap the HEPA filter in air-tight plastic storage bag or wrap the HEPA filter with plastic wrap. Be sure that the HEPA filter is completely sealed to protect it during storage. Don't place the plastic-wrapped HEPA filter back into the air purifier.
• Store the air purifier and HEPA filter in a clean, dry space.
