Parts are not as depicted or described
I purchased a Craftsman tool drawer. It was delivered with no trim. Since it's now nearly impossible to find these parts unless you buy a completely new chest I was really upset due to the purchase not being as described or depicted.

Came pretty damaged
There was no mention that it would not have the same trim found on every other drawer, AND the sliders for these drawers, you can by the left side, no problem, try buying the right side, Sears took my money, then we find they are on back order, phone calls to sears customer service, gets me people who don't speak English, and who lie to their customers, being told the drawer runners were on the way, I bought the drawers, I regret the day I bought craftsman products. Had part a week, IMPOSSIBLE to install without the right side drawer runners.
