Choose this manufacturer-approved timer for your top-load washer.
This 60-hertz internal timer for a Kenmore top-load washer model number 11092593220 controls the duration of all the operations of the washer.
Unplug the washer before beginning to install the replacement timer. Making the repair requires opening the console by taking out the screws that hold the rear panel against it.
To take out the old timer, disconnect the wires attached to it, slide the knob and bezel off its shaft, and remove the mounting screw that holds it against the console.
