Part came cracked due to poor packaging

Part came on time, but was in a weak box that was partially crushed during shipping. I was able to use after superglue. Install was pretty easy although 150lb oven was a chore to deal with. Worked the first time after install. Oven is now back to normal.

Broken part

First part arrived broken...called waited another week for a replacement. Guess what replacement part lm arrived in the same condition. Broken. Definition of stupidity doing the same thing and expecting different results. Spend a few pennies on proper packing materials and reduce the cost of angry customers, broken parts and time.

Worst Experience Ever

BUYER BEWARE. I received 3 separate shipments trying to get this product. All 3 attempts the processing of the orders were fine but every shipment showed up broken due to not packaging the product properly. I had a repair service person here several times to install this product and after 5 weeks of trying to get this part I am giving up and going to order elsewhere.
