This was easy to install, using a Torx bit.

This was easy to install. When I opened the oven door, I saw two screws toward the top near the ends of the handle. These don't go into the handle but remove a layer of the door. With that layer removed, you can get to the two screws for the oven door handle, though you'll need a special drill bit or screwdriver to remove them (star shaped Torx).
