Special details: If the washer control panel displays 3 dashes after replacing control board WH12X10468, you'll need to set the model code. Turn the selector knob to 5, then press and hold Start for 3 seconds, until you hear a beep indicating the code is set. Once set, press Power to save the model code.

Pricey, but it works!
Instructions were accurate, and this saved us from having to buy a new appliance. Pricey for a control board, but it worked! Does not come with plastic buttons, so you have to be careful not to break those when removing your existing panel, during replacement.

Disgruntled customer!!
I will never order from sears parts direct again!!! Tried for hours on the phone to get some feedback and troubleshooting on this product with no luck!!! After spending 250$ they will not help you over the phone they want to send an overpriced tech to your house!! Called appliance pros and they helped me and I didn't even order from them, so from now on they will get my business!!! Would definately not refer to anyone!!!!!
