Perfect replacement fit, great value, wish you had more!
This was for an old power mate vacuum head, still alive and kicking!!! It gets banged up a lot, I wish the top half were still available. This bottom half was hard to find in your catalog too.

Incorrect part
This latest part you sent was also incorrect! I gave you ALL the information on model numbers and part numbers and each time you promised that it was exactly the correct part. And,,. each time it was not! My issue is that I have not been given a full refund on either return that I made in good faith. I take exception to that when in fact it was not my mistake/problem. Your team insisted that I was given the correct part therefore, I insist that I be given my full refund for both costs that I incurred. Please refund me the remaining amount that it cost me immediately. Thank you...as this has been a really stressful situation.
