Old washer boot was torn at the bottom and did not seal properly. It allowed water to seap out the front of the door. This machine is in a rental unit, I have no idea how it was damaged. I used the model number to verify fitment on the website and ordered the replacement with confidence. Take the top lid off, two wire bands, and replace. Took a bit to line up the drain holes on the bottom and to get wrapped around the flanges properly. This job took about a half hour to complete.
