Raggedy box, replacement part didn't even fit
The box looked like someone had completely ripped it open and then heavily retaped it. But most disappointingly, the part does not fit my dishwasher.

Almost the exact type we needed
We ordered the correct model number part, but it wasn't an exact fit due to how our dishwasher door is shaped (there's a curve/bump/indentation for the cleaning solution) - we had to cut a fraction of a corner off the new rack so the door would properly close all the way.

Didn't Fit
Ordered the recommended piece that was listed according to model. Did not fit. Couldn't close door. Had to return. Double checked model when arrived. Still gave same information.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERV-CHANGING PRICES ON PHONE
I gave a number that apparently was NOT my model # so how the rep chose the rack and silveware basket I don't know. I mentioned that the pictures on the email confirm didn't look like mine and he said I would receive the right ones which I didn't! Also - when he gave me all the individual prices and then the total - I added them up and his total was $8 MORE than it should have been which he said was a glitch. When I called back to re-order the correct one, the lady did the same thing - she upped the price by $4 from what she originally quoted and what was showing on the screen! I think they cheat - this is a call center in the Philipines. I think Sears should look into this. I do NOT trust them. I therefore place the correct replacement order directly online. I hope I get the right item this time.

You sent the wrong part!
This part does not work in my model. I called and I ordered the right part. So you either have a mistake on your part list or in handling the parts. This is not the part in the schematic.
