sales was trying to be helpfull
first time power cord retract assembly came as shown in parts catalog. Had some problems installing it and while trying to determine problem I mistakenly sprung the spring loose. I was not able to get spring rewound and back into assembly, so I ordered another power cord retract assembly. This time I only got the spring which was partially unwound inside of a plastic bag. I am going to place a third order and hope I get the assembly as shown in the parts catalog. Part # 8175267
