Vacuum Back Panel Assembly 303831001

Quite a Job!

I didn't anticipate the effort that it would take to replace this part. The clip that holds the brush attachment to the vacuum broke and it's molded into this panel assembly. The vacuum literally has to be completely disassembled in order to replace the part. Whomever the engineer responsible for this design is should be shot. To design an easily broken clip is bad enough, but to design it into the part that is the most labor intensive and time consuming to replace was just plain stupid. Still; I otherwise love the vacuum and the part fit perfectly. I don't regret exerting the effort as for under $20 I've restored functionality to my vacuum. I'd do it again if I had to (hopefully it won't come to that however).
