Direct replacement for burned out motor
The toughest part of the project was the disassembly of the steam vac. Once iwas down to just the motor, replacement was simple. Take a photo of the wiring hook-ups and motor placement and then it's just a five minute job. Hint: Order replacement gaskets for a complete job.

Hoover F7412 Motor
Correct parts. Hoover has stopped making the main motor seal, so be careful when removing old motor. Several seals have to carefully removed so they can be reused.
