I have a 18 year old Craftsman Professional Black Tool box its 6'ft tall with the Pro wheels. Has a lever to reveal the lock. It wasn't easy to figure out but it took me 30minutes to change both locks. Knowing how it would take 7 minutes. You need to take out the drawer closest to the lock for easy access. One 10mm & 11 mm open wrench, a number 2 Phillips screw driver and a 22 open wrench a pliers may work. You release the safety clip at the rear to loosen the cable. You will use the 10 mm to remove a bolt on the far right on the locking assembly. It is what holds the latch/locking assembly in place. KEEP FROM MOVING OR REMOVING THE BACK PLATE. Once you remove the bolt the assembly will come out. From there you remove the cable from latch. Unscrew the one Phillips screw holding the security bar across the back which will allow you to remove the two nuts of the lock. Pay attention to the direction the lock is in to place the new lock in the same orientation. Reverse the steps and you should have a new working lock in no time. I hope this helps out. It took me a few extra minutes but if I would have know... Good luck!
