Very pleasantly surprised by the help that I received on obtaining a new door for my dryer. I had contated 4 other appliance parts suppliers with very disapointing results. Anywhere from "out of stock with no ETA", to "discontinued", and "I'll need the manufactures P/N". The person I spoke with new what he was talking about, and completed an order for a replacement within 5 minutes. Followup emails with order number and confirmation. Received the product sooner than expected - and it fit! There are companies out there that know what they're doing.
