Take your time, don't force things, don't use power screw drivers for reassembly, it can damage threads

Just what I needed
Part was exact replacement and easy to install with just a screw driver. Sad that the original parts wore out and broke. It is a weak design IMO.

Received quickly and as ordered
We needed a few parts and this one along with the others arrived promptly. Overall installation of all parts, including a wiring assembly was a bit persnickety but manageable. Unfortunately, the overall repair only lasted a very short while and now something else has gone awry. We will likely just replace this 10 year old vacuum at this pint. The vacuum works but the Powermate beater head does not. It's something electrical.
