Reviews
Casters were 4" and not the 5" OEM
Direct fit, fairly easy to install, however, as the title suggests, the wheels were smaller in diameter than OEM. OEM was not available, but these were apparently a suitable replacement. Smaller casters on 1000lbs of tool chest doesn't work as well, but worked better than what I had. Next time, I'll simply get ones from the local store and eyeball the correct size. To be honest, I have no idea what the pegboard hooks were intended for.

Have the courage to post this anyway.
The item is not the same, it took you eight months to get it to me but you think I should have installed them in a week!??!!?! It is no wonder Sears is going out of business. Maybe you should go back to your roots (remember mail order). Just have some good customer service. I am sure you won't post this because it is totally a complaint. I have been a Craftsman tool person all my life but Sears just no longer cares about what few customers it has left.
