Tricky to install

I didn't realize I had to take a part (spinner fan looking thing)off of old rack and place it on the new , I almost threw it away on the old one. And having to place it in the new one just right to line up with the part on the inside of the dishwasher where the water comes out. It would be nice if y'all included directions for this.

Gouge in coating

The rack should be wrapped for shipping. The cardboard does not protect enough. the end / corner of my rack arrived with 2 significant gouges in the protective coating. This is where it will rust 1st - so on a brand new rack I'm forced to place secondary vinyl coating before installing it. I do like the thickness of the coating on the new model of this rack. The old stock rack (replaced due to rust) scraped off very easily, and with normal wear and tear needed replacement within 5 years. That's way too soon - especially considering the cost of new racks vs a new dishwasher.
