Easy fix.

On my washer it takes longer to take the kick plate off than to replace this pump. Almost like it was designed to go bad and easily be replaced. P.s. you do not have to disconnect or pull out the washer to change this part. Also was $30 on large e-commerce site...

Easiest repair I've ever done

Bosch dishwasher drain pump was making noises. Ordered the part from Sears, 15 min to disassemble, swap part and reassemble. Also got to clean under the dishwasher. It's now as quite as the day it was installed.
