This outlet tube sleeve (part number N044359) is for air compressors.
Outlet tube sleeve N044359 fits over and protects the compression nut that attaches the outlet tube and the pump.
Disconnect the power and bleed the pressure from the air tank before servicing. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Removal was not so difficult
25 minutes to disassemble and reassemble but shipping of part was high considering the weight and size of package

Delivered and works as needed
Hardest part of the entire repair was putting the rest of the compressor back together. Best if you disconnect other end of tube from tank, install seal and tube, assemble rest of compressor body, then mount back on tank and connect tube. Also, had to cut part of plastic housing for torx driver to reach screw it was in so deep. Would be nice if instructions were included.
