Easy to moderate to replace
This will need 2 people minimum as out elements were held in place with a,single bracket for the front and single for the rear. The elements are held in place by spring loaded post (not screwed in). Overall not too difficult my son and I completed the replacement in about 45 min without instructions

Beware - this may not be the only part you need
The part wasn't too bad to install, although directions would have been helpful because you need to make sure you mark the holes in the burner supports as the screws are not fixed. And the screws holding the top on are junk and I had to grind two of them off. And be careful that you don't lose the screws that hold the burner supports as they easily fall into the abyss between the oven wall and outside wall. My warning has to do with the fact that, the second time I used it, the new top cracked again in the exact same spot - only this time it sent shards of glass flying! It seems that the reason why the first one cracked is that control board is allowing the burner to get too hot. So I either spend another $200 for another top and $200 for a board or I pick another brand of stove. (And as much as I love my Kenmore appliances it won't be a Kenmore range as they seem to be made by the same company as this Frigidaire piece of junk.)
