Pretty good
Camera resolution is great. I need to configure the sensitivity a little so I don't get so many alerts due to vehicles driving by constantly. Other than that I am happy with it. Installation was was very easy.

Nest Doorbell (wired)
Had this in place for a couple of weeks. Works exactly as it is intended to work. Installation was relatively easy. So far I am impressed with the Nest Doorbell!

Go with Ring
Setup was easy and the quality is awesome but I had installed a Ring doorbell for my mother 2 months prior and I'm honestly not seeing why I would pay noticeably more for this over Ring. In all honesty maybe I need to play with the features some more but we also purchased 2 outdoor cameras and want to get the flood light. Ring is cheaper and more readily available while nest is more and scarce. Every brick and mortar store I went to had Rings products in stock while Nests products either wasn't in stock, had to ordered or I had to purchase one product from one store and get the cameras from another a few towns away. Also expect to pay on minimum 75% more for Nest products over Ring products that do the same thing as Nests overly priced (but well constructed) items. The interface for Nest or Google Home which they're migrating fully to is both confusing and clunky and is extremely outdated. If it was wasn't for the urgency there would be a Ring system in my home not Nest.

Just something else which doesn't work properly.
Since putting this Nest camera on the front door all I get when anyone is there is a request to constantly put my Google email address and password in. What is the point of wasting time like that, why can't it just be kept open all the time? I am very disappointed in the quality of the camera too on my phone a small photo which you can barely see without fiddling with the phone again.
