I'm on my 3rd replacement
I am on my 3rd replacement for a deck. First came bent. The 2nd came missing parts and they couldn't just replace the missing parts they claimed they had send me a new one. Sadly, they sent me back the one that was damaged! It had my tape and cardboard on it. It didn't surprise me when the parts I needed weren't in there. I call and try to explain to them what is going on, I have had everyone from a person who hung up on my while putting me on hold. Another said the replacement parts would be sent, never were. I do not recommend Searspartdirect to ANYONE!!!

yes easy to install but....
It took almost 6 moth to receive the first. first attempt was returned because box was trashed missing pcs. I accepted the second delivery but it was also incomplete. missing wheels and hardware.. So I stripped pcs from old deck and completed install. Not too happy with experience. .
