Easy installation; less than acceptable service
Installation was easy. It slid right in from the rear of the grill. It took all of 15 seconds to put it in place. But, I was told that by the on-line service rep that this tray was an exact duplicate of the original grease tray. It isn't. The grease tray cup that came with my original tray doesn't fit with the new one. When I called Sears service on-line after receiving the new tray to inquire about purchasing a grease cup for the new tray, i was told that there no available grease cup for this tray. I'm not impressed with the inconsistent information that I've being given.

Fast shipping, mediocre packaging.
On the good side, the tray shipped fast and was here before I expected. The tray was packaged in a large box with loose brown paper as filler. It clearly got banged around in shipping and arrived with a few bends, that were however easy to straighten as this is made of soft metal. The hardest part was removing the old, rusty tray because two of the bolts were rusted solid. I used a dremel tool to remove them, and had to look for two replacement bolt, nut and washer sets. I will have to make sure to keep it coated in oil to make sure it doesn't rust as quickly as the original part. I live in a place where it's very humid and it rains a lot.

Wrong part
Model number that I have matched up to a replacement part (drop pan). Received item, and it's not the correct part. Easily 3" too wide. Cut it down and fabricated edges to make it work because I didn't feel like returning and re ordering drama.

Some what difficult.
Because of the location of the four screws and the four small washers and nuts it requires two people to do the job, Holding the plate up and degreasing, cleaning everything first.
