Fit was great, took about 5 min. to replace.
Only took 5 min. to replace. Now I'm just adding characters, because this survey said I need more characters. It was just a replacement pad for a orbital sander.

Some trouble removing the old screws
Be sure you have a tight fitting Phillips screwdriver as the old screws are likely to be very tight.
