Ordering the part I needed for my vacuum was easy and I was so very glad it was readily available. I also received the shipment promptly and without any delay. I have always appreciated the quality and performance of Sears Kenmore products and I and many many others would truly like to see Kenmore quality products back in stores and available to the public. Everything was quick and easy.
The part was exactly like the original. The process was easy and in good time. The only down side was the cost. About one quarter of the ordinal price for the whole vacuum!!

great customer service
My fairly new vacuum cleaner has a feature that disengages the floor brush when it is returned to the holder. Nice idea but the floor brush broke and was not fixable! I called the number on the manual which was always "busy" but they did direct me to a website. I used the "chat" feature and Damian was incredibly helpful. He found the part number and initiated the order. I then completed it with payment and the part arrived at my home in about a week! overall, i am VERY PLEASED. I will probably NEVER use the release feature on the vacuum again...i'll push the "release" button and do it manually.
