Product is good, customer service poor

Like many others, I shredded a snow blower belt in a huge storm. It was hard to find the part but Sears Direct website showed it available and estimated to arrive in three days. I ordered and then it was showing back ordered, so I tried to cancel through a button on my order page. There was never any acknowledgment by email or text, though it was cancellations requested. I ordered it from somewhere else, received the other product, then suddenly received the Sears product after that. Very frustrating. I only ordered from Sears due to the arrival date it showed. Too expensive to ship back for the cost of the product.
