The replacement part could had a better design

Wiring is easy enough. With surge protector on compressor then replacement part. 1 write from fridge to surge protector and replacement part has 1 pin on one side then 2 on the other, use one from the side with two for second fridge wire. Capacitor goes from single pin to remaining one on the side with 2 pins.
