Not easy to install
We watched a YouTube video and that was not easy. A handyman stopped by he said 'wow, someone said this was easy.' After 45 minutes the job was done. Not for the amateur.

Exact fit, improved design
Exact fit. Works perfectly. My old lever wasn't broken, but for some reason wouldn't depress the microswitch most of the time so getting ice to come out was hit or miss. This new style also has a different pad which may be less susceptible to water staining. Easily installed following a YouTube video.

The Part from Sears was Great
I used a tutorial on You Tube, my refrigerator was a bit different inside but not so much. The part fit perfectly but the job took about 1-1/2 hours because the water dispenser really needs to be partially dismantaled to get the ice lever to fit. I worked slow to make sure it would be right when it was back together. Only a screw driver was required.

Confusing install
Part is expensive and no installation directions are provided. Got it in ok but ony after a struggle and 10 youtube videos
