Wrong Part
The part was not the same as the original in the washing machine, even though Sears Parts Direct had it listed as such. I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with a Sears Parts Direct representative who indicated a pick up for the wrong part was scheduled for my residence, and I would be contacted within 24 hours to establish the pick up time. Also, a correct part would be forthcoming with an email verification within 24 hours. In regard to the above, there has been no further followup from Sears Parts Direct, nor has any of the promised remedies been forthcoming. The guidelines indicate the review should be focused on the product, and if there are any customer service concerns, they should not be addressed here. Sears Parts Direct has been contacted, yet no further customer service has taken place. This is a rip-off . . . !
