Parts Direct doesn't have a Clue

Called Parts Direct for a replacement recoil starter assembly. Gave them my model number and was told this was the part I needed. When it arrived, it was obvious from the condition of the box that it had been returned many, many times. It wasn't even close to being the correct part.
