After waiting for two weeks the Belt wasn't CLOSE to being the CORRECT SIZE I went to a local Appliance store and purchased the correct one. I should have gone there in the first place. I would return the belt but it would cost me more than what it's worth.

Two screws to acess belt.
Place belt on large gear first.Do not pry on belt. Hand pressure only!
