Not their fault - but GE should be shot.
My machine is only 7 years old and they can't make a rack that works out of the box? The glides were wrong. Needed wheels. Was too narrow to even get close to the tracks. Had to take out 8 screws from the old rack and 8 screws from the new rack and then install the wheels by reinstalling 8 screws. Painful, especially with arthritic hands. Should have been simple. I would not recommend a GE Monogram dishwasher.
