Chat is bad, got wrong part

Website has no pictures and bad abbreviated descriptions. After three chat sessions confirming I was ordering the correct bin for my refrigerator door I made my order and they sent me the whole door. I had to ship it back and go through another chat session to get correct part which had a crack in it. Plus, I was quoted prices which were lowered when I said I wasn't ready to purchase today.
