Somewhat involved process.

This product connects the computer console to the outside of the chassis, snaking through the support tubing. The installation wasn't technically difficult, just time consuming as there was a lot of needed disassembly in order to get the wiring all the way through the device. Tip: I used several 2x4 lumber scraps under the front axle to lift the unit. This allowed more hand and tool clearance when removing the bottom screws from the plastic housing. Tools Needed: Hex wrench (removal of arms), phillips screwdriver (removal of housing screws). As the old wiring was removed, I used masking tape to mark the old connections for easy identification when installing the new wire harness. It was necessary to remove all the screws from the support tubing, as they were obstructing the passage of the wiring. Then, removal of the tube itself made it much easier to run the wiring correctly. Finally, it was important to test the movement of the rails to ensure there was no contact with the new wiring before sealing up the housing. Using zip ties (not provided) for cord control made certain that the new wiring would not "drift" from vibration into the path of moving parts. Total time spent was about 3 hours, but having done it once, I could probably complete this installation in about half the time. (Typical learning curve.)
