Installs in less than 30 min.
Rusted pivot pin was only problem. Cleaned on wire wheel and lube before re-install. Mtg. bolts came off easy.

Another pair of hands helps
If the bracket and spring are older, clean them well first. And you're not going to find a new pin retainer at Home Depot, so be ready for that. But the part itself installs easiest with another pair of hands.

Could not use ,only received 1/2 of rivet,
Could not use only got back portion, evidently front portion is not available anymore , out $7.00 , live and learn, my mistake
