It was easy to install
My son pulled the refrigerator away from the wall and found the places where the old hoses connected. One was in the back and one along the front. It was very easy and took him less than 30 minutes to install.

Finally, clean water
So thankful to find this water tank through Sears. We haven't used our water in years. The water began to taste very bad years ago. The old tank, apparently, got some type of mold. Now we have clean drinkable water. It is easy to install. Just find a DIY video.

Good replacement
I cheated and cut both water lines and used brass coupler to connect new tank. Make sure you use water thread tape on threads as well as tube below ferule.

Parts damaged in unacceptable shipping preparation
Part was shipped without any packing material in a cardboard box which has obviously been used several times previously. As a result, the primary mounting tab and one of the tube holders were broken off. As I was 70% through the replacement process when I discovered this, I rigged a strap in place of the mounting bracket, and the completed installation is water tight.

Wrong part sent
While the Sears agent identified the correct part for my Kenmore fridge model, we were shipped the wrong part/model. All because the part we needed has been discontinued by the manufacturer and instead of saying so, we were sent the wrong part and wasted days on waiting on repairs. Since the part was incorrect, rating is low but is not reflective of the product in any manner.
