Fully functional replacement
I have an old Sears Craftsman Wet-dry Vac, model 113177360, and one of its caster feet broke. A parts diagram showed the caster foot to be part 9-16931, and part 38659 is said to be a substitution for 9-16931. So after purchasing part 38659 I popped the caster out of the broken part 9-16931, popped it back in to the new part 38659, and attached 38659 to the wet-dry vac. The caster fit perfectly into 38659, and 38659 fit perfectly into the dust drum of the wet-dry vac. Indeed, writing this review took longer than it did to replace the broken part.
