Easy to install
Took less than two minutes to install. Basically you turn counter clockwise the old one and pull it out the install the new one turning it clockwise. Don't forget the process on running some water thru it and empty your ice tray a couple times.

Unsatisfied Customer
We received the filters just fine, however, we can not find the place in the refrigerator to install them so they are still uninstalled. We emptied the entire refrigerator out looking for the location, I tried You-Tube without any luck, even the appliance repair person sent to do the annual check up on out appliances does not know where to install the filters, so my major complaint is there are NO INSTRUCTIONS provided.

Inferior performance, for a premium price.
Water had a better taste during original filter's useful life. This filter is too expensive for less than perfect. Thankfully for Sears, there seem to be few alternatives. Hopefully that changes, because I don't feel this filter is worth anything more than $20, with it's performance. At least there's no leaks, therefore my 3 star rating.
