I received the Pet PowerMate and plugged it into my vacuum and the brush didn't spin. I looked at it closer and the case on the part was not even closed all the way. I had to take it apart and basically realign all the pieces in the correct positions. I could tell the motor was taken from another model, because it didn't fit into the groves inside the casing. correctly and you could tell that because there was breaks in the plastic inside. I would have returned it, but I was able to manipulate the motor in place after about an hour working on it so I got it working now.
