The electronic oven control (EOC) board exchanges information with oven components to control the oven temperature. It's usually attached to the control panel and often has a digital display clock mounted on the front of its housing.

Unplug the range or shut off the house circuit breaker for the range to disconnect electrical power before installing the electronic oven control board. Open the control console to access and replace the electronic oven control board in the range.
