Order and install of replacement glass range top
Ordering was easy however I was not told that almond was not available. The glass top I received was white and did not understand.match the almond range. The return process was very easy and quick. The problem I had, was prior to delivery trying to schedule installation. I spoke to at least 6 different people, each one transferring me to another department. Most of the representatives had strong accents, making it difficult to understand. I decided to wait for delivery and try installing myself. When the glass top arrived and I saw it was white, I called and another representative then told me it was no longer available in Almond. The glass top was not installed and I arranged for it's return and ordered a new electric range.
